Unfortunately pets are not allowed at Alaya Place.

Smoking is prohibited throughout the entirety of Alaya Place.

Is there parking available at Alaya Place?

Unfortunately there is no parking available, but there are plenty of car parks within a 3–5 minute walk from Alaya Place.

How do I receive my mail, parcels, and food delivery?

All units come with their own mailbox. Food and package deliveries can be delivered directly to your door or stored at the lobby concierge upon request.

What types of payment does Alaya Place accept?

We accept bank transfer, FPS, and cheques.

When is my rent due?

Rent is due every month starting from your commencement date.

What is the minimum length of stay?

The minimum length of stay at Alaya Place is 3 months.

Can I leave before my contract ends?

You can cancel your contract and leave at any time with one month's written notice in advance. However, by doing so you will forfeit your one-month security deposit.

Can I extend my length of stay?

If you wish to extend your stay, please call our Alaya Place team at (+852) 5169-3141, we accept calls from 09:00 - 19:00 (Monday to Friday), subject to availability.

What is included in my rent?

Utilities, management fee, government rates and rents, Wifi, House keeping service and linen / towel replacement, 24-hour security, complimentary laundry.
